The quality our products bring can propel your company to the next level

Dip Moulding

Dip moulding is a cost-effective technique for producing flexible and semi-rigid PVC components. While often used for mass production, it is also particularly well-suited to small and medium batch quantities.

Neoprene

One of the key differences between chloroprene and PVC is its elastic properties. This makes it ideal for applications where a product must be stretched significantly during fitting. Its high elongation at break and low modulus provide additional benefits in such situations.

Vacuum Forming

Vacuum forming is a versatile process used to create a wide range of products from thermoplastic sheets, including enclosures, packaging, helmets, and baths. The sheet is heated until flexible, formed over a mould, and then cooled to regain its rigidity.

Rotational Moulding

The rotational moulding process is straightforward yet capable of producing a wide variety of complex shapes. It offers economical tooling costs, strong and lightweight mouldings with uniform wall thickness, and excellent durability. Rotational mouldings can also be produced in any colour.

Plastic Fabrication

Plastic Mouldings specialises in the fabrication of acrylics (Perspex). This versatile process also uses materials such as ABS, polycarbonate, PETG, and polypropylene, available in a wide range of thicknesses and colours. With CNC routers, milling machines, and handheld drills, these materials can be precisely drilled, bent, and heat-formed at temperatures between 140°C and 180°C — making them ideal for applications such as marine windows and automotive components.

Our CNC routers and engravers also enable detailed engraving and product customisation, serving markets that include interior design, wedding favours, and bespoke products. In the industrial sector, this process is widely used for machine guarding, water tanks, protective covers, and security screens. It is equally valuable in the hotel industry for signage, displays, and engraving.
