Well-designed products start with a spark of an idea — and that’s where we come in, supporting you from the initial concept stage. We like to be involved early in the design process, taking on the responsibility of developing prototypes to your specifications when needed, and producing detailed CAD drawings to prepare for final production.
We currently operate SOLIDWORKS, a production solid modelling application, to meet our customers’ tool design requirements in-house. This enables us not only to work directly with customer designs and components, but also to export IGES files for subcontractors using CAD systems for CNC milling, as well as STL files for rapid prototyping machines.
SOLIDWORKS is kept up to date with the latest version. 3D detailed drawings can also be saved in an AutoCAD-compatible format, providing a useful interface for customers already working with this application.
The Dip Moulding division manufactures flexible and semi-rigid PVC, cast mouldings, and dip coatings for a wide range of industrial and domestic markets.
CNC tooling machines enable quicker delivery times for new tooling and support the production of tools for our range of consumables. Operating with high precision, CNC machinery ensures accurate and consistent output — a crucial requirement for the industries we serve. This capability allows us to offer rapid prototyping and design iteration, driving innovation and customisation while enabling customers to evaluate and refine their ideas with ease.
