Design and Development Service

As an undertaking of our total commitment to produce the highest quality custom moulding we are certified to ISO9001. Certificate No. GB95/5899. We will continue to implement this standard as a minimum level conducted by our quality control department.

Most designs start with a concept into a tangible product, which is where Plastic Mouldings comes in with helping at the initial stage. It is our belief that a partnership between customer and ourselves results is a successful product.  

With a wealth of knowledge gained over many years in the manufacturing of high-quality technical plastic and rubber mouldings, we are in the unique position of being able to offer our design and development service that will meet the requirements of our customers. 

In 2023 Plastic moulding invested in CNC Tooling capabilities, the now allows us to offer customisation services to meet the unique needs of our customers. Therefore we can turnaround tooling quickly and efficiently to able to get new products to market.  

Along with this we operate solid works application, which allows us to create 3D models, simulation, and technical documentation. We can also offer CNC milling and rapid prototyping. The complete list of file translations available to us are Step File, IGES, STL.
