Vacuum Forming

Vacuum Forming is used to make many different products using thermoplastic sheets. These include enclosures, packaging, helmets and baths. The sheet is heated to make it flexible enough to be formed over a mould and then cooled to become hard again.

Vacuum Forming

Vacuum forming is a process where plastic sheeting is heated to its transition temperature and placed onto its mould.  The plastic sheet is formed into a shape with pressure from the vacuum. Vacuum forming is a great solution for many applications and markets.

Vacuum forming offers a flexible and robust process to bring designs to life.

Applications for the vacuum forming are food, construction, automotive, rail, medical mobility and street cleaning.

As we offer an excellent design service where we can help to take your ideas and bring them to life.
