The rotational process is fairly simple but can produce a variety of complex shapes. It has economic tooling costs, stronger, lighter mouldings, even wall thickness and is proven to be very durable. Rotational mouldings are available in any colour.

The manufacturing consists of loading the charge weight of the chosen material into the rotational oven which has a temperature of around 300C. The mould then rotates around the machine which evenly distributes the power and finally cooling to form the product.
Materials used in rotational moulding
Tooling
The tools used in rotational moulding are either made from steel or aluminium.
Applications
Rotational moulding is used in conjunction with construction, offshore work, water treatment, agricultural services, street furniture, tanks, spray tanks, water bottles, marine use, mussel floats, pontoon floats, road safety and waste products.
