Vacuum Forming at Plastic Mouldings

Vacuum forming is a method used to create plastic moulds and outlines using sheets of plastic and air.

When using a vacuum forming machine, the moulds/stencils are implanted into the machine while plastic sheets heated to their transition temperature are then placed over the mould. This method is commonly used in the production of bath and shower trays, flower pots, yoghurt pots, car door liners and boat hulls.

At Plastic Mouldings we can accommodate all plastic moulding requirements, so call us on 01294 278 091 to find out how we can help you.
